Important Policies

📸✨BOOKING, DEPOSIT & RESCHEDULING POLICY ✨📸

Please read in full before booking a session. These policies protect my time, energy, and the experience I provide for every client.

🔒 Deposit Policy

A flat-rate, non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your shoot date. Your session is not confirmed until this deposit is received. I do not hold dates without a deposit—no exceptions.

🗓 Rescheduling Policy

• Clients are allowed up to two (2) reschedules per session.

• Your shoot must be completed within two (2) months of your original booking date.

• A third attempt to reschedule, will require full payment up front.

• That payment is non-refundable, and you will receive a new FINAL 2-month window to complete the session.

• No additional reschedules or refunds will be offered beyond that.

🚫 If I, the photographer, need to reschedule for any reason, it does not count against your limit.

⛔️ Unexcused No Call / No Show

If a client does not show up to their session and either:

1. Fails to contact me in advance

2. Provides an excuse that is not a verified health emergency or death in the family occurring within 48 hours prior to the shoot

The following applies:

• You will receive one (1) opportunity to reschedule.

• You must pay your full session fee up front, plus a $100 inconvenience fee.

• This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Your shoot must be completed within 1 month.

• No further rescheduling is allowed.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

💛 Verified Emergency No Call / No Show

If you miss your session due to a verified medical emergency or death in the family (occurring 48 hours prior to your shoot), you will be granted one (1) opportunity to reschedule, with compassion and understanding.

The following terms will apply:

• A new deposit will be required to secure a new date.

• Your shoot must be completed within 2 months.

• Only one (1) reschedule will be permitted during that time frame.

This policy is designed to provide care for true emergencies while maintaining fairness and structure.

🗺️ Event & Travel-Based Sessions

If a client no call / no shows at an event-based shoot—such as a car show or any event outside of Western NC—:

• The pricing given is specific to that event/location only.

• Most event rates do not include additional travel or lodging fees.

• You cannot transfer your shoot credit to a different date, event, or location.

• The missed session is considered forfeited with no refund.

If you wish to reschedule after missing the event:

• You may either:

— Travel to me (Western NC)

or

— Pay in full for a new session plus additional travel/lodging fees for me to come to your city or a mutually agreed location.

• Payment is due in full up front.

• You will be given one chance to reschedule within a 1-month time frame.

• No exceptions.

👉 My time and energy—and the effort it takes to plan and travel for out-of-town events—is valuable. Please respect it and plan accordingly.

👉 Please don’t waste other people’s time—respect the planning and energy that goes into traveling and creating for these special events.

🚷 BLACKLIST POLICY

If a client fails to show up again after receiving their one-time chance to reschedule, they will be blacklisted.

🔒 Blacklisted = You are permanently banned from:

• Booking any future photo sessions

• Signing up for Spooky Girl Retreats

• Participating in boudoir marathons

• Attending any public events I host

• Accessing any services I provide

This decision is final and non-negotiable.

These boundaries are in place to ensure a respectful and professional experience for everyone I work with. Thank you for understanding that my time, energy, and creative labor. I consider my art and energy to be valuable.
