Stephani
Photographer / Owner
Stephani is a professional photographer with 23 years of experience specializing in automotive, macabre and boudoir photography. She travels nationwide for car shows, horror conventions, celebrity shoots, weddings and immersive horror and mystical sessions. An indie horror filmmaker, her debut feature sold over 400 copies and featured actors from The Walking Dead. Her work has been published in the United States, Italy, Australia, South Africa, Canada, and the United Kingdom. She resides in the Smoky Mountains with her husband, their furbabies and race cars.

Makeup Artist / Assistant
Chloe is a devoted wife and proud mother of three with a passion for creativity, transformation and all things spooky. With 11 years of experience in makeup artistry her work spans from weddings, boudoir to gory practical effects for haunted attractions. Since 2022, she has worked alongside Stephani as her full-time makeup artist building a trusted partnership through weddings and creative collaborations. Her love for special effects also played a role in leading her into the medical field.
As the makeup artist and assistant for Spooky Girl Retreats, Chloe brings her experience, attention to detail and love for the strange and unusual to help make every retreat a memorable experience.

Where Are We Staying?
Our retreat home base is the newly renovated Best Western Plus North Shore Hotel in the OG Salem... Danvers, Massachusetts, located just 15 minutes from historic Salem and thoughtfully chosen for comfort, calm, and ease. This location allows us to stay close to Salem’s magic while avoiding the noise, congestion and inflated costs of downtown accommodations. Guests will enjoy a complimentary full hot breakfast each morning featuring a waffle and pancake station, eggs, sausage and a variety of breakfast favorites. Also you get nighttime access to a pool, gym, fire pit patio, spacious dining hall, and lounge areas. Restaurants are within walking distance and only seven rooms are available each accommodating up to four guests creating a relaxed environment where you can truly unwind at the end of the day.

Refund granted of 35% excluding deposit.
Cancellations AFTER May 1, 2027:
No Refunds. No transfers. No exceptions.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for injury, loss, expenses or damages (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from cancellation. There will be no refunds or discounts for lack of participating in events, arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness or unforeseen circumstances of any kind. All participants are required to stick to their payment plans as agreed upon with signed contract. If client should cut contact or payment without notice EVEN during deposit payments, there will be zero refunds, transfers or any
sort of compensation in affect and forfeit their spot on the trip.
Purchasing third party travel insurance is highly encouraged.

Please note that the locations of our sessions can be changed at any time due to scheduling conflicts of the venues, inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
This will NOT get you a discount or refund of any kind.
In the unlikely event that a location change must occur, there will be backup locations and contingency plans.
We will do the best to ensure that you get the most from this vacation.
It is the client's sole responsibility to get to and from the retreat venue at the designated times and dates stated by Spooky Girl Retreats. The SGR Team is not responsible for client travel before and after event. Each participant must take care of their flights and general transportation to and from their place of residency at their own expense. Our package includes free transportation to shoot and tourism locations, restaurants and events DURING the retreat only. We can give recommendations in regards to airlines, airports and routes to make your travel experience as smooth as possible. Please do not hesitate to ask us questions!

Every participant must sign a contract upon paying their nonrefundable deposits in full.
After full payment has been made, the client will receive a full itinerary. Each client will receive a printed itinerary, gift and shopping guide upon check in.
